Pre‑Planning
Pre-planning gives families the opportunity to make thoughtful, informed decisions well in advance. Our dedicated services will help you build a clear and supportive blueprint. We will:
- Help understand the process and walk you through the successful steps needed
- Act as your liaison with your selected funeral home, its coordinators, cemeteries, and all related organizations to ensure a seamless experience.
- Prepare checklists and records for family members to access easily.
- Ensure all personal preferences, from burial sites to funeral rites, are documented and respected.
We help you build a customized plan that eliminates uncertainty and reduces stress during emotional times.
Dignity Care & Guidance
- Guidance on palliative care options to provide dignity to the suffering with local Hospice who are our partners (no-cost)
- Support in obtaining government‑funded or community‑based health programs (where individuals cannot afford we can help at no-cost)
- Access to medical equipment and home support for terminal patients
- Counseling and emotional wellness services for individuals and families (children & adults)
- Estate and legal matters (wills, probate, and inheritance support)
- Financial and insurance planning for final expenses
- Guidance for real estate and property transitions
Our interdisciplinary approach ensures that every member receives emotional, legal, and financial clarity during and after the process. We prioritize quality of life, comfort, and compassion while maintaining cultural and religious integrity at all times.
Final Day
When the time comes, our team promptly carries out all pre-planned arrangements, assisting the Funeral Coordinator at your religious institution and serving as a respectful and meticulous liaison We offer extended services such as:
- Arrange religious and cultural rituals as per family wishes in conjunction with Funeral Coordinator
- Support with obituary creation
- Coordinate onsite needs—flowers, transportation, canopies, heat lamps, live streaming, and any other services based on requested services from family
From the first call you make to us to the final prayer, we ensure the process unfolds smoothly, allowing families to focus on remembrance and peace.
Post-Planning
- Submitting applications such as CPP benefits, CRA notifications, and Death Certificate documentation
- We will also cancel all ID’s (Provincial issued, including Passport) and Credit Cards required at pre-planning
- We will action on any resources in priority with our affiliated partners to assist in matters relating to legal or mental health
- We will advise you on every required next step following a member’s passing, including all updates and necessary changes
